Designed to transcend conventional design clichés, House 1101 achieves timeless sophistication through its distinct spaces, each marked by contemporary elements and tonal textures. An open layout was meticulously planned to maximise natural light and fresh air, enriching the apartment’s airy and elegant ambiance. The living room features a statement entrance with a back-painted mirror console and a striking hanging light, while the blush sofa and centre table create a dynamic contrast with the book-matched TV unit wall. A large-scale artwork on the dining console wall adds depth and intrigue, seamlessly integrating with the space’s overall aesthetic.
The pastel-toned bedroom serves as a bright and cheerful retreat, designed to envelop its occupants in warmth and serenity. A large hand-painted artwork adorns the bed’s back wall, creating a striking focal point that enhances the room’s visual appeal. The soft pastel palette is thoughtfully complemented by the sophisticated grey walls and bed fabric, providing a refined contrast that elevates the space’s overall elegance. This carefully curated combination caters to an elderly couple, offering a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication, ensuring a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.
In another bedroom, the bed back wall is adorned with a subtle lime wash effect, providing a gentle, textured backdrop that exudes understated elegance.
